  1. Wash and wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen cloth..
  2. Add a tsp of oil and mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Add hing, curry leaves,onions, ginger and garlic. Sautee till they turn translucent. Add the salt and spices one by one. In the end add panch poron mix and dry garlic chutney and let the mixture cool down..
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms and shallow fry them till the are soft and cooked. You can choose to close the kadai with a lid and cook them in simmer too..
