  2. Prepare 6 large of Tomatoes chopped.
  3. Use 1 large of Onion chopped.

  1. Put a sauce pan on medium heat and add the 4 tablespoons mustard oil..
  2. Add the well chopped garlic, allow to fry till raw smell goes off and add the onions.
  3. Onion translucent? Add the well chopped tomatoes and stir together, cover and cook for five minutes..
  4. Now open after the five minutes and add salt , then add four cups of water and cover..
  5. Now wash the rice and drain. Add the rice after the water had boil, stir together and cover. cook the rice for 10 minutes..
  6. after 10 minutes, open and stir together . Serve with SWEET VEGIES.
  7. FOR THE SWEET VEGIES.
  8. Put melt butter inside a frying pan, add the garlic and ginger, and fry till brown.
  9. Add the sliced onions, and fry for another 40 seconds.
  10. Add the green beans and carrots and continue frying..
  11. Add the capsicums and cauliflowers with 5 tablespoons water and cover with foil paper.
  12. Steam for 1 minute. Open and stir together, add the tomatoes and tomato ketchup stir and cook for another 1 minute spice it up with black pepper..
