  1. Use 1/2 cup of rice.
  2. Get 1/2 cup of jaggery.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut.
  4. Take 1/4 cup of milk.
  5. Take 1 tsp of cardamon powder.

  1. First wash and soak rice for atleast 1 hour..
  2. Add soaked rice in mixer grinder jar...And grind well...Add required water (little at a time.).. While grinding...To make smooth paste..
  3. Now add jaggery and blend again till smooth...
  4. Pour this batter into a bowl...Add coconut powder, milk, cardamom powder and nuts...Mix well..
  5. Add baking powder and mix well..
  6. Pour batter in a prepared greased cake pot...And bake for 25 mins...In preheated microwave on 180℃..
  7. A healthy Rice cake is ready..
  8. I have spread melted jaggery over the cake and garnished with pista flakes..
