The ingredients needed to cook Mexican Tacos:

  1. Take 1 packages of Ground beef.
  2. Prepare 1 of Yellow corn tortillas.
  3. Take 1 of Toothpicks.
  4. Take 1 of Cooking oil.
  5. Prepare 1 of Salsa.
  6. Take 1 of Sour cream.

Instructions to make Mexican Tacos:

  1. Cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain ground beef.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to a non-stick pan under medium low heat.
  4. When oil is heated add tortilla.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Repeat those steps with each tortilla.
  7. Add ground beef to tortilla.
  8. Use toothpicks to hold tortilla together (as shown in the picture).
  9. Fyi - each taco needs two toothpicks.
  10. Deep fry under medium high heat for 1 minute.
