  1. Use 200 g of cake flour.
  2. Get 3 tbs of baking powder.
  3. Prepare 60 g of salted butter.
  4. Prepare 20 g of caster sugar.
  5. You need 50 ml of whole milk.
  6. Provide 25 ml of heavy cream.
  7. Take 1 of egg.
  8. You need 15 g of green tea powder.
  9. Take 15 g of cocoa powder.
