White sauce prepration : Add butter in a pan let it melt then add flour and broil it for few 2 min then add milk and mix it well to seporate lums then add chopped capsicum, green chilli paste, salt, black pepper mix it then when it becomes thick then add shredded chicken and cheese then add parsley and oregano and mix cook for 2 mint then put aside...
  3. Now take green chillies cut them from the middle then wash them and seporate seeds then add the preparrd stuffing in it...and put aside.
  4. For preparing baisan paste add baisan, red chilli flakes, crushed roasted cumin, salt and baking soda add water and make a thick paste..then dip the chillies in it and deep fry then serve...
