  1. Prepare of Prawns.
  2. Get of Fish filets / fish cakes.
  3. Get of Squids.
  4. Take of Cooking oil.
  5. Use 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. You need 1 inch of ginger, sliced.
  7. Get 1 of Broccoli.
  8. Provide 1 of carrot, sliced.
  9. Get 1 of spring onion, chopped.
  10. Use of (sauce).
  11. You need 1 cup of water/chicken stock.
  12. Use 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  14. You need 1.5 tsp of sugar.
  15. Get 1 tbsp of Chinese rice wine.

  17. Provide of Slurry = corn flour + water.

  1. HEAT oil in pan, toss and cook fish cake, prawns and squids for about 2 minutes. Don't overcook it, REMOVE and keep warm.
  2. In a bowl, MIX sauces except slurry, have a taste and adjust to your liking.
  3. HEAT pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, approximately 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. ADD carrots and broccoli, toss and cook for about another minute, ADD water/stock.
  5. ADD cooked prawns, fish cakes and squids into the pan, cook for another 1 and a half minute, actively tossing.
  6. TASTE and adjust seasoning.
  7. ADD slurry into the pan, stir until thickened while making sure there are no clumps in the sauce.
  8. GARNISH with chopped spring onions and SERVE with rice!.
