  3. Grind adding water into a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in cooker add red chilli coriander cumin turmeric salt garam masala sautey for few seconds make sure oil is not very hot.
  5. Add masala paste sautey over medium heat till oil comes out then add soaked chana.
  6. Sautey 1 minute over high heat add water and pressure cook 1whistle in high heat and then simmer till chana is tender.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves serve with rice roti naan paratha phulka.
