  1. You need 25-30 of Green Chillies.
  2. Prepare 3/4 Tsp of Dhanya Jeera(Coriander cumin) Powder.
  3. Get 1/2 Cup of Vinegar.
  4. Provide 1/4 Cup of Water.
  5. Get 4-5 of Garlic cloves.
  6. Provide 2 inch of Ginger.
  7. You need 2 Tbsp of Sugar.
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp of Olive oil.
  9. Take to taste of Salt.

  5. Add Vinegar, Salt, Sugar and Dhanya Jeera Powder to it..
  6. Grind this mixture to smooth paste. Green Chillie Sauce is ready..
  7. Preserved in refrigerator for 3 to 4 months..
