  3. Provide 12 oz of vegetarian crumbles.
  4. Take 1 of onion, diced.

  7. Prepare 1 tsp of chili powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.

  11. Prepare 1 can of 46 ounces - vegetable juice.
  12. Prepare 2 cup of water.
  13. Use 1 1/2 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni.

Instructions to make Goulash:

  1. In large pot, brown hamburger or vegetarian crumbles and onion. Drain, if necessary..
  2. Add remaining and bring to a boil. Simmer until moisture is mostly absorbed, about 30-40 minutes..
