The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:
- Get 2 big of Potatoes.
- Provide 2 of Capsicum.
- Take 250 gms of Cauliflower.
- Get 1 of Carrots.
- Take 100 gms of Green peas.
- You need as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Use 3 big of Finely chopped tomatoes pureed.
- Take 2 big of Finely chopped onions.
- Provide 2-3 of Green chillies for garnish optional.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Provide 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Use 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Use to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 packet of Everest pav bhaji masala half mix in 1 glass water.
- Take 1 packet of Butter.
- Provide 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Boil all vegetables in 1 glass of water an mash them a make thick paste. Heat pan add oil and butter add 2/3 rd of finely chopped onion saute till it turn pink, add ginger garlic paste, add chopped tomatoes/puree, mix well an cook for 3 mints, add all spices (turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala powder, salt) add little water an mix well, now on slow flame cook nicely and in-between keep adding the water in which we added half pav bhaji masala, let it cook on slow flame..
- For 10 to 15 mints. Once done garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped onions and green chilli and butter. Serve with Pav toasted in butter..
