The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji:

  1. You need of Bread/Pav.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of Carrots.
  3. Provide 1/2 cup of Capsicum.
  4. Take 1/2 cup of Cabbage.
  5. Provide 1/4 cup of Beans.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Matar.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Boiled potatoes.
  8. Use 1/4 cup of Corn.
  9. You need 1 cup of Onions.
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of Tomatoes.
  11. Use 1/2 cup of Tomato puree.
  12. You need 2-3 tbsp of Green chillies.
  13. Take 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  14. You need of Coriander leaves (for garnishing).
  15. Use 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
  16. Get 1 tbsp of Cumin powder.
  17. You need 1 tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala.
  18. Take 4-5 tbsp of Butter.
  19. You need of Salt as per your taste.

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add all the chopped vegetables (carrots,beans, cabbage, beans,matar, potatoes) to it..
  2. Add a cup of water and give to 2-3 whistles to get it par cooked..
  3. Once the vegetables gets cooked take it out from the cooker along with the water used in it..
  4. Take a pan and add butter to it.
  5. Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle..
  6. Add diced onions to it and saute it until the color changes..
  7. Now add tomato puree to it and cook the gravy for 2-3 minutes..
  8. Add salt and turmeric powder to it..
  9. Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked vegetables to it..
  10. Mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes..
  11. Add pav bhaji masala to the mixture and again cook it for nxt 4-5 minutes..
  12. Add a cube of butter to increase the flavor of it..
  13. Once the vegetables gets cooked and the gravy thickens turn off the gas flame and garnish it with coriander leaves, chopped onions and a slice of butter over it..
  14. Serve it hot with the buns..
