- Once the gelatine completely dissolves remove from the heat and pour in the remaining coconut milk.Add two tablespoon spirulina powder for the vibrant blue colour,whisk the powder properly with coconut milk. Pour the mixture with a help of a strainer (to avoid bubbles) in glasses.Refrigerate for at least four hours or till it's properly set..
- Follow the same step as mentioned above for the water melon pannacotta.Once coconut milk pannacotta is set pour water melon juice paired with gelatine powder.Refrigerate overnight or till it's properly set.Enjoy with chunks of watermelon..
