  5. Place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly.
  6. Pour in prepared mango puree till it reaches the rim.
  7. Now refrigerate it for 2-3hrs till it sets completely.
  8. After 3hrs make sure to check the mango mixture has set completely.
  9. Now prepare cream layer by heating up milk.
  10. Add in 1tsp agar agar powder and whisk well.
  11. Cook the milk on medium low heat till it steam (do not boil).
  12. Further add fresh cream and whisk well.
  13. Now add sugar powder, vanilla essence & pinch of salt.
  14. Whisk and dissolve sugar completely,switch off the flame.
  15. Let milk cool for 10mins in room temperature before pouring to the glass.
  16. Now take out glass fr refrigerator to this glass add milk mixture and transfer this glass back to refrigerator and refrigerate it for 3hrs or till set completely.
  17. Finally garnish with mango pieces and mint leaves, serve chill.
