The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. You need 5-6 of Beans, chopped.
  2. Provide 1 of large sized Onion, minced.
  3. Get 3-4 of garlic cloves, roughly chopped.
  4. Prepare 2 of Carrot, finely chopped.
  5. Get 3-4 of Cauliflower florets, finely chopped.
  6. Get 3 of Potatoes, boiled.
  7. Take 1 of Capsicum, finely chopped.
  8. Use 2 of Tomatoes, finely chopped.
  9. You need 1/2 of Lemon, fresh juice.
  10. Take 1-2 tsp of Kasuri Methi.
  11. Provide 1-2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  12. Get 1-2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
  13. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  15. Prepare 2-4 tbsp of Vegetable oil.
  16. You need 1-2 of paneer cubes, grated.
  17. Take 2-3 tbsp of Pav Bhaji powder.
  18. Get 1-2 tbsp of Ghee.
  19. You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  20. Provide of Salt as per taste.
  21. You need of Water.
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
  23. Use 1/2 tsp of hing/ asafoetida.
  24. You need 2 of paneer/cottage cheese cubes.

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium low flame. Add cumin seeds, hung/asafoetida and chopped onions. Then add chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp of salt..
  2. Then add all the veggies and salt. Stir well and cook them for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli, black pepper powder, kitchen king and garam masala. Mix everything well..
  3. Add some water and mix well. Let them cook on medium low flame..
  4. Start mashing the mixture. After mashing the veggies, add mashed potatoes..
  5. You can also add some water (if required). Again mash everything very well (not too fast). Once it's done, add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in it..
  6. Your lip smacking Pav bhaji is ready. Garnish it with some grated paneer and salad. Enjoy :)).
