  3. Take 1/2 cup of semolina.
  4. Provide 1 cup of curd.

  7. Prepare 1 of chopped tomato.
  8. Use 1 of chopped carrot.

  13. Take of Fresh coriander leaves.

  16. Provide 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of eno fruit salt.
  18. Provide 1/4 cup of water.

  1. Wash poha and oats with water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 min,put poha and oats in mixi jar.add semolina and curd.make a paste.add little water about 1/4 cup..
  3. Now add all vegetables.add,peanuts, coriander, green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.mix well and add oil.
  4. Mix it.preheat the oven at 220 F for 4-5 min.grease the muffin moulds.now add eno fruit salt and mix it.transfer the batter in to moulds.bake at 220 degreeF for 25 minutes..
  5. Let it b cool.demoulds the muffins.garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some sauce on the top....healthy breakfast muffins are ready...enjoy.
