The ingredients needed to prepare Scotch Eggs:

  1. Provide of bread crumbs.
  2. Use of eggs.
  3. You need of sausage meat.
  4. Get of plain flour.

Steps to make Scotch Eggs:

  1. Boil water in a pan..
  2. Once boiling add 8 eggs for exactly 7 and half minutes..
  3. Place eggs straight into cold water and allow to cool..
  4. Peel all the eggs and set aside..
  5. Get three bowls one for each the flour, crumbs and beat the last egg in one. Place a blank piece of cling film to the side of them..
  6. Split the meat into 8 even balls..
  7. Take an egg and dip it in flour..
  8. Take the meat and flatten it with your hands..
  9. Put the egg in the centre and cover pinching until there are no gaps..
  10. Cover with egg yolk. Dip in the crumbs getting an even coat and then set aside on the cling film..
  11. Repeat for all..
  12. Heat oil in a pan on high. Place them in until golden brown. Leave on kitchen roll to dry..
  13. Serve..
