  2. Provide 200 ml of whole gold top milk.
  3. Prepare 65 gm of Sugar.
  4. Take 2 leaves of gelatine (soaked).

  6. Get 250 ml of Red Wine.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of sugar.

  3. Add sugar to the pan & continue to heat but do not allow to boil. Once sugar has dissolved remove from heat & stir in soaked gelatine until smooth. Strain into moulds & allow to cool before placing in fridge to set. Normally 3/4 hrs.
  4. Add wine sugar & vanilla pod to pan & bring to boil. Reduce until liquor just begins to thicken. Take off heat & remove vanilla pod. Add berries & & few drops of lemon & marinade for about 3hrs.
