- You need 1 cup of chopped cauliflower.

- Take kadhai add mustard oil. When oil becomes light in shade add onion and stir it until slightly brown..
- Add the ginger-garlic paste in it stir it and add tomato puree in it. At the same time add salt and Kashmiri lal mirch..
- Fry the masala until it turns brown and release oil. When it releases oil add boiled mashed veggies..
- Fry the veggies with masala at this stage add pav bhaji masala in it and fry it well for 25 minutes on medium flame..
- And then your bhaji is ready. It can be served with pav and bread..
