The ingredients needed to prepare fondant:

  1. You need 18 oz of marshmallows.
  2. Take 2 lb of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of water.
  4. Take 2 tsp of any flavoring (optional).

Steps to make fondant:

  1. melt marshmallows in microwave safe container until melted then add water..
  2. pour powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl and make a well. Add marshmallows and flavoring if using..
  3. knead until fondant reaches a smooth texture. if not using right away store fondant in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge..
