- Get 2 of medium-big potatoes.
- Get 1/2 cup of bhaji of pav bhaji.
- You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of pav bhaji masala.

- Take 1 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese.

- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
