  1. Get 2 tbsp of gelatin.
  2. Get 2 tbsp of glycerin.
  3. Provide 2 tbsp of shortening.
  4. You need 200 g of glucose powder.
  5. Prepare 2 kg of icing sugar.
  6. Take 3/4 cup of cold water.

Instructions to make Fondant:

  1. Take a steel bowl with water and sprinkle the gelatin, let it bloom..
  2. In another bowl, sieve the icing and make a well in the centre..
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bloomed gelatin and place on a hot water bath to melt, stir to mix well..
  4. Add the gelatin mixture and mix gently with the hand as you incorporate the icing sugar..
  5. Place on a flat surface and knead thoroughly using corn flour..
  6. Store in an airtight container to rest about 8 hours..
