- Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix well..
- Add boiled potatoes and veggies. Mashed the veggies with masher and mix well..
- Add little water if required and cook for 4-5 minutes..
- Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame..
- Heat butter in a tawa and roast pav both sides..
