- wash and cut the jalapenos, just cut the tail side cut the top veins with a knife then i used a bottom part of the spoon rotaring inside the jalapeno to extract the veins and seeds!.
- mix the cheese, hot sauce, oregano, salt and peper! then stuff the chiles with the mix!.
- in another shallow bowl lightly beat egg dip chiles in it! then coated with bread crumbs, put them on a plate, keep coating the rest, then go back to the first one dip in on egg again and put another coat of bread crumbs!.
- heat oil to aroud 325 in a medium sauce pan!.
- once is hot fry chiles in batches until golden brown or about 5 to 6 mins!.
- then dry them in a bunch of towels to take some grease off!.
