  1. Prepare 2 of medium sized potatoes.
  2. Provide 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
  3. Provide 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes.

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them using a grater. Squeeze out all the water and transfer to a bowl. To this add salt, pepper, garlic flakes, cornflour, chilli flakes, cheese, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix everything well..
  2. Heat some oil/ ghee/ butter in a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, divide into two parts. Place one part between two plastic sheets and flatten with your hand..
