  7. Over the stove, saute onions and tomatoes with vegetable oil.
  8. Sprinkle sauteed onions and tomatoes over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste on top.
  10. Cook for 30 minutes.
  11. Take out of oven and drizzle pesto over finished chicken.
