The ingredients needed to prepare Beef and Peas:

  1. Prepare 300 grams of flank, sliced thinly (you can also use other meat, like the ones they use in sukiyaki.).

  3. Provide 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of apple or grape juice.
  5. Get 1 of egg.
  6. Provide 3 tbsp of maizena.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.
  8. Use 1/2 cup of frozen peas.
  9. Take 2 tbsp of shoyu.
  10. Get 2 tbsp of water.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of sugar.

Steps to make Beef and Peas:

  1. Mix sliced beef with onion salt, sesame oil, apple/grape juice. Store in the fridge for at least an hour. (or all night).
  2. Remove sliced beef from the fridge. Add egg and maizena. Stir well..
  3. Heat the oil in a pan (medium heat). Pour all of the mixture into it. Stir occasionally and try to remove the slices from each other..
  4. Flip the beef occasionally until both sides are golden brown..
  5. Add frozen peas..
  6. Combine shoyu, water, and sugar. Stir until well-combined. Add to the pan and lower the heat..
  7. Simmer for about 10 minutes..
  8. We enjoy this with steamed rice, but I'm sure with pasta it would taste great as well..
