  1. Use 500 g of icing.
  2. Use 3 tablespoons of glucose syrup.
  3. Take of Food colours pink red and blue.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  5. Get 1/4 teaspoon of mint essence.
  6. Take of Egg white.

  1. Sieve icing sugar.
  2. Add egg white.
  3. Add glucose syrup (used my home made glucose syrup).
  4. Add Vanilla and mint (I prefer using the mints top to measure a quarter of it so enough for the fondant.
  5. Knead the mixture to make a dough.
  6. Cut three equal pieces.
  7. In each add a different colour kneading to consistency.
  8. Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands before attending to the next colour this prevents making a strange colour that was unexpected.
