The ingredients needed to cook Pav- bhaji:

  1. You need 4 of potatoes.
  2. Take 2 of medium size onion.
  3. Provide 3 of medium size tomatoes.
  4. Provide 2 of medium size capsicum.
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of peas.
  6. Get 1 tablespoon of garlic.
  7. You need 1 tablespoon of ginger, green chilli paste.
  8. Get 1 tablespoon of pav bhaji masala.
  9. Get 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds powder.
  11. Provide 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin powder.
  12. Get to taste of Salt.
  13. Take 3 tablespoon of oil.

Instructions to make Pav- bhaji:

  1. Peeled potatoes and make small pieces. Add In do cooker and also add peas in small tiffin box. Allow them whistle 4 to 5.
  2. Take one pan add oil when heated add Ginger green chilli paste, garlic paste and finely chopped onions.
  3. When its turn pinkish add finely chopped capsicum and add tomato puree. Saute them till oils come out.
  4. Now open the cooker and mashed boil potatoes and add boiled peas in it..
  5. When oil comes out in pan add masale (red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala,coriander powder and cumin powder). Mix well all masale.
  6. Now add mashed potato and peas. Mixed it well and leave it for few minutes on low flame. cover the lid leave it for few minutes..
  7. Now open the lid.Bhaji is ready to serve you can serve it with pav.
