  5. Beat eggs with little milk..
  6. Now dip chicken fillets first in egg then in dry batter. Now repeat the process twice for good flex..
  7. Deep fry golden brown each side 6 minutes..
  8. Dip: mix mayonnaise, mustard paste and chilli garlic sauce..
  9. Place ice berg or salad leaves, keep fried fillets then pour lots of dip..
