Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Take a pan, add 1spoon oil and 2-3 spoon butter, once heated add onions, ginger- garlic paste cook until it tures golden brown, now add all chopped veges cook it for 3-4 min, now add boiled potatoes and add salt, tomatoes puree, again cook for 3-4 mins, now mix all vegetables nicely with potatoes masher at this point add pav bhaji masala and after 2 min add enough water and let it be cooked for 8-10 min more.... The more u will mix n cook the better taste u will get... Serve with butter, lemon.
