  1. You need 1 cup of Cauliflower cut in small pieces.
  2. Provide 1/2 cup of peas.
  3. Take 1 of Capsicum Chopped.
  4. Take 1 cup of beans.
  5. Prepare 2 cup of peel Potato and cut pieces.
  6. Use 1 1/2 cup of finally chopped onion.

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. Wash the vegetables and add them in a pressure cooker.Add a cup of water and some 1 tbs pavbuaji power and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
  2. Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the pressure release and keep aside..
  3. Heat butter in a karahi.Add onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry till onion turns brown.Add the cooked vegetables in the karahi and mix well..
  4. Add green chillies and tomatoes and ½ cup of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now add red chilli powder and Pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute..
  5. Mash the Pav Bhaji using a potato masher till it is all mushy and mixed very well..
  6. Keep adding little water if the Pav Bhaji thickens and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low heat.Add lemon juice, and coriander and mix well..
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and butter.Serve hot with a butter, chopped onions and slightly toasted and buttered Pav..
