  1. You need 1 pack of instant noddles (85-100gms pack).
  2. Prepare 1 of medium sized potato boiled and mashed.
  3. You need 2 tbspn of veggies like grated carrot, finely chopped cabbage, boiled sweet corn and green peas.

  5. Use 1 tbspn of all purpose flour.

  1. Semi cook the instant noodles using very less water without the seasoning. Drain the water once done and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all the mashed potato and the veggies. Mix well.
  3. Add the noddle seasoning if you prefer or season the mix with salt to taste and curry/Pav bhaaji masala.
  4. Add the semi cooked noodles to the veggies and mix well.
  5. In a small bowl combine cornflour, all purpose flour and water to make a liquidy batter.
  6. In a plate spread a handful of bread crumbs.
  7. Now take a handful of the veggie-noddle mixture and form patties gently.
  8. Coat each patty well with the cornflour batter first and then with bread crumbs.
  9. Align the patties on a baking tray.Spray a small amount of olive oil on them.
  10. Bake/grill for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
  11. Alternatively, shallow/pan fry the patties till crisp on both sides.
  12. Serve hot as cutlets with mint chutney/ketchup or serve them as burgers with a sheet of cheddar cheese and some greens in the bun. Enjoy!.
