  1. Combine all the marinate ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the wings to the bowl and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 200'C. Prep the potato and leave to soak in cold salted water for 5-10 minutes.
