  1. Use 2 of large potato peeled and cubed.
  2. Use 1/2 cup of All purpose flour.
  3. Use 2 tbsp of Rice flour.

  5. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  6. Provide 1 tbsp of Olive oil.

  4. Add in the all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder and combine the well with the potato mixture and make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 10-15 mins..
  5. Divide the dough into 3-4 portions and roll them into a ball..
  6. Place the dough in the greased baking tray and flatten them with your fingers. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chilli flakes over the bread..
  7. Preheat oven @180° for 10 mins. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 mins..
  8. Enjoy.
