  2. You need 100 gms of paneer chopped.
  3. Get 1 of onion chopped.
  4. Take 1 of capsicum chopped.

  6. You need 1-2 of red chilli whole.
  7. Get 1/2 tsp of kasoori methi.
  8. Take Pinch of chilli powder.

  11. Get tbsp of Red gravy -2.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  13. Take 1 tsp of cream.
  14. Take 1 tsp of butter.
  15. You need 1 tsp of mawa and 1/2 tsp ghee.
  16. You need 2 tsp of milk.
  17. Get 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  18. Provide of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

Instructions to make Kadai paneer:

  1. Heat oil, add crushed coriander and red chilli.
  2. Add the red gravy and milk.
  3. Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes and paneer.
  4. Add mawa, butter, cream.
  5. Add kasoori methi, coriander leaves, garam masala and kemon juice.
  6. For red gravy -saute 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 50 gms cashews, 1 inch ginger,5-6 cloves garlic, add 1 tsp kasoori methi,1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt. Saute all these. Cool in room temperature and grind into smooth paste..
