The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. You need 4 of medium mashed bolied potato.
  2. Use 4 of medium chopped tomato.
  3. Provide 2 of medium chopped onion.
  4. Prepare 2 of chopped seeds capcicum green pepper.
  5. Get 1/2 cup of chopped cavliflowers.
  6. You need 1/4 cups of chopped carrot.
  7. Provide 1 cup of shelled blanehed peas.
  8. Provide 1/2 tablespoon of ginger paste.
  9. Use 3 tablespoons of refined oil.
  10. You need 2 of chooped green chillies.
  11. Provide as per taste of Salt.
  12. You need 25 gms of mellted butter.
  13. Get 8 of pav.
  14. Prepare 1 of meddium lemon wedges.
  15. Prepare 2 teaspoon of garlick paste.
  16. Get 2 tablespoons of pav bhaji masala.
  17. Get 1/4 cup of green beans coriander.
  18. Prepare as required of green coriander.

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. Blanch the peas cauliflowers florets carrots and beans. Alternativ you can also boil them with a little water in the pressure cooker. Drain and mash coarsely. Heat oil in a pan and add three fourth quantity of onion saute till light golden in colour. For a min. Slice pav horizontally into two and pan fry in butter for half min. Pressing two-three times or till.
  4. Pav is crisp and light brown garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaning chopped green chillies to the bhaji to make it spicier. You can also add an extra teaspoon of red chillies powder while cooking bhaji for that extra colour or spice and onion rings butter coriander leaves garnishing. Thank you.
